The Program Facilitator Leader

The Program Facilitator, Don Treacher, is a Counselling Psychologist in private practice. Previously, he was a psychologist with The Cairnmillar Institute. He has conducted the Human Relations For Everyday Living course for the Institute for over thirty- six years.

Prior to coming to the Institute, Don was Clinic Supervisor in a special unit, within a psychiatric hospital, that utilised Small Group and Community Therapy extensively. He also has a long-standing interest in Meditation, Mindfulness and Transpersonal Psychology.

  The Group Facilitators

The Facilitators are all volunteers. They are people from many diverse walks of life, who themselves have participated as members in the Human Relations for Everyday Living Course.

They have either undergone, or are at present participating in, the Human Relations Small Group Facilitation Training Program. Their role in the group is essentially to keep the group on track, to look after its maintenance, and to help you help yourself within it.
